How to type in Polish

Your computer and your phone already have a Polish keyboard. It only needs turning on, and on a computer it keeps every letter where a US keyboard has it. Here's how on each, plus where ą, ł, ż and the rest are.

Typing a word yourself is part of learning it, and AnimeLang counts a missing mark as a spelling mistake: zona means “zone” and żona means “wife”.

On the Mac's Polish, hold Option (keys named as on a US keyboard):

On Windows' Polish (Programmers), it's the same letters with Right Alt (or Ctrl + Alt):
